Booking conditions:

Minimum stays:
A minimum stay period of two nights is usually applied and may be extended at peak times. Please enquire at time of booking.

Reservations:
Reservation requests are to be made via email. Our Booking Officer will make a tentative reservation for you, and you will then receive an invoice via email, including a payment link. Payment is required within 10 days of making the tentative reservation. Reservations are confirmed when payment is received.

Cancellations:
75% refund applies to bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival.

No refund applies for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels:

Please bring your own linen (bed sheets and/or doona cover, pillow cases & towels). We supply doona’s, pillows and bath mats.

Travel insurance:
Holiday plans can be disrupted and we are aware that cancellation fees can be expensive.  For this reason we recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance when booking your holiday.  It is generally inexpensive and offers valuable piece of mind.

Consideration for others:
Please keep the house tidy and clean-up before you leave, to help keep our costs down. Ensure you load and switch-on he dishwasher prior to departure. Please put the bins out Sunday on Fern Ave.  There are different coloured bins that have a collection schedule, details are on a notice in the kitchen.  Please keep noise levels down after 10pm.

No smoking:
THERE is a NO SMOKING policy at Springlea.
